Baking classes
When you book in to a baking class, we collect necessary information including your name, billing address, email, contact phone number and payment details, in order to provide a seamless transaction experience.
Your name, address, email and phone number are provided to ZEST Pastries management for the purpose of booking you in to a class, contacting you, and verifying your identity. This information can also be accessed by RedJanet Web Design for the purpose of managing this website or troubleshooting any issues with the booking and payment facility.
Your credit card details are not retained by us or accessible to us at any time. All payment transactions are handled through WooPayments which uses Stripe to process the payment. Stripe’s privacy policy can be viewed here: https://stripe.com/au/legal/privacy-center
Newsletter sign-up
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address to share updates, promotions, and relevant information about ZEST Pastries baking classes.
Reviews
When visitors leave a review on the site we collect the data shown in the form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your review, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your review.

This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
