Pastry baking class

Learn to bake your own delicious pastry with Swiss-trained pastry chef Stephen Lambert. Each class caters for up to 7 people, commences at 11am and goes for approximately 5 hours. Meal is included. Everything you produce during the class you take home.

Please dress warm as we need to keep the butter chilled for pastry courses, and it can get quite cold.
